Who am I?

Well I’m not quite entirely sure of that just yet either…

I am a Northern Gal in my 20’s, born and bred on the Wirral – Yes it is near to Liverpool, No I don’t go out with rollers in my hair (I do that in the privacy of my own car whilst driving to work in the morning) – seriously Desperate Scousewives really does set off the wrong image! I lived in Manchester for four years before moving back home – sometimes you need to move home to get back to your roots, plus there’s all those home-cooked meals!

So after leaving School at 18, and finally deciding I wanted to pursue a career in one of the oldest and most prestigious professions; Law. I have been working full-time within different Law firms and disciplines of Law whilst studying part – time.

I currently work full-time as a Paralegal whilst studying the LLB (Hons) at Manchester Metropolitan University. I dream big, and I have plans of working within Corporate Law and completing the New York Bar.

Follow me as I try to comment on different legal changes, and enduring the slog of balancing work and studies.

You may like it, you may not but I Hope you enjoy!

Edit 24/03/2015: I am now a full time law student at LJMU starting first year in September 2014, after deferring for 2 years at MMU and having a baby! eek – adding to my workload or what?
